Love or Money - Diana, Isabela and Julia

On Monday morning sergeant Foster went to Roger's office and asked some questions. He went to Albert's house and asked some more questions. Inspector Walsh sat in his office and telephoned. He made phone calls about Peter Hobbs and Tom Briggs. Then he had some coffee and sandwiches.
At trhee o'clock Roger called Inspector Walsh:
—Hello! Inspector??
—Hello, Roger.
—You have to come here now! I found a letter from Molly under my bed!— Roger said desperately.
—I'll be there in a second!
The two detectives drove to the Clarkson's house. Roger opened the door:
—Oh, hello Inspector look at this, it was under my bed!
"Dear Roger,
If one day I am not there to fulfill your wishes, I want you to know that I love you and your sisters! Now I can't stand the fact that I'm leaving you!
kisses Molly"
—Oh, my God!!!— sergeant Foster said surprised.
—Now I know the true story! I would like to see everyone — he told Roger.
Everyone got into the living room and sat down. Inspector Walsh stood in front of the windows and looked at them, one by one.
—I'm going to tell you the true story:
On Saturday night Molly was very angry with everyone: Diane hated her because her father died. Albert wanted money because his wife, Molly's sister, was ill. Peter Hobbs lost his job because of her. Roger needed money because he lost his job. Jackie wanted to marry Tom Briggs but Molly said no. Do you know why Molly said no?
—Yes, because I was a Clarkson girl and he was just a gardener — Jackie said.
—That's true but do you know that Molly was in love with Briggs in the school time?
—What?! — Jackie said.
—He made a lot of false promises. So your mother wanted to protect you, but you were nervous with her so she didn't tell you the truth.
—Oh, my mom loved me and I let her down! — Jackie began to cry.
—Don't cry, it's not your fault. — Diane said.
—It's our fault! We just thought about the money not about love... — Roger said and began to cry too...
Diane and Albert cried. Inspector Walsh said:
—And now, what's going to be? Love or Money?
